Lose your fear and relax!
Tension and anxiety interfere with your learning.

Speak out.
The only way to learn is to practice, so do it again and again, until you get it right.

Use all your senses and resources.
LISTEN to music, audio books, CD’s and radio in English
WATCH videos, DVD’s, movies and TV in English
READ English newspapers, magazines and books
SPEAK English whenever you can with your friends and teachers
RECORD yourself. It is good to compare your tapes from time to time – you will be impressed with the progress you are making
USE the internet, there are many sites that will help you

Study as often as possible.
A little bit of study everyday is better than hours of study once in a while.

Learn Vocabulary.
Keep a vocabulary notebook and learn as much vocabulary as you can; not just words but whole chunks of language and useful phrases.
